Mary Sanderson grew up on a Wisconsin farm at a time when the monetary system and the economy converged to push small holders off the land. Living as a young woman in South America for three years she witnessed more ugly symptoms of our privately controlled monetary systems, without yet identifying that common thread. As a self-directed student, mother and Spanish Medical Interpreter, her attention was brought back many times to this root problem, the privately controlled money. Before finding American Monetary Institute and the Just Money movement in 2017, Mary served as co-founder of her local Raging Grannies Gaggle and newsletter editor for Madison WILPF.
